Job Vacancies for the Polytechnic College under Ramakrishna Mission Students' Home, Mylapore, Chennai:

Ramakrishna Mission Students Home, Chennai, is serving more than 670 orphans and poor students with free education, food, and accommodation. It has three free educational institutions -- a Residential High School, a Residential Polytechnic College, and a Primary Day School. Students Home was started in 1905 by Swami Ramakrishnananda, a direct disciple of Bhagavan Sri Ramakrishna.

A vacancy exists for the undermentioned post in the Ramakrishna Mission Polytechnic College functioning under Ramakrishna Mission Students’ Home. Applications are invited from male members only.


Name of the Post    : Lecturer / Automobile Engineering

Number of Vacancy    : 1 (One) – Male Only

Educational Qualification    : B.E. – Automobile or Mechanical Engineering  / M.E. [Preferable]

Age Limit  : 22 to 35

Experience  : 2 Years in Industry / Institution [Preferable]

CTC per Annum  : 3.48 Lakh per Annum


Job Description  :

1.  Teaching Theory and Practical sessions in Automobile Engineering subjects.

2.  Developing and delivering course content that aligns with the curriculum.

3.  Providing guidance and support to students in understanding theoretical and practical aspects of automobile engineering.

4.  Ability to work well and cooperate with other colleagues.

5.  Expertise in a particular subject area or areas.

6.  Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.

·  CTC will increase as per teaching experience

·  Family medical insurance facility up to Rs 75000/-.

·  After a year PF facilities are available.
