The day of the Consecration of the Home Shrine and Building in 1921, the Akshaya Tritiya, will be observed with due solemnity on Tuesday, the will be observed with due solemnity on Tuesday, the 03rd May 2022.
Maha Abhisekam to Devi Sri Saraswati will be performed on the occasion in the Home Shrine at 10.30 a.m.
Chandi Homam: As part of the centenary of the “Palace for the Poor”, the main building of the Home, Chandi Homam by senior sadhus will be performed in the Vivekananda Auditorium with Poornahuthi at 1.00 pm on the same day.
We request you to participate in these solemn celebrations in the Home along with your family members and receive the blessings of Mother Sri Saraswati.

Upanayanam
Upanayanam will be performed for a few boys on Wednesday, 04-05-2022 because Akshaya Tritiya falls on Tuesday. Udaka Shanthi will be from 7.00 a.m. followed by Brahmobhadesam between 9.00 a.m. and 10.30 a.m.
